Congratulations to Classics majors Chung Yu Kwok and Charles White on winning Summer Undergraduate Research Grants!

Two Classics majors were awarded grants in the most recent cycle of the Summer Undergraduate Research Grant, which provides students with $4,000 to pursue faculty-supervised independent research over the summer. This is a great achievement, since proposals are evaluated by a faculty review committee with a rubric that demands high quality writing and research design. Congratulations to Chung Yu Kwok (“Erichtho: A Reintroduction of the Roman Witch,” supervised by Francesca Tataranni) and Charles White (“The Latin Learner's First Words: Struggles and Solutions to Learning the Lexicon of a Dead Language,” supervised by Abbe Walker)!
