Classics offers a warm welcome to Ann Gunter as our department chair for a one year term, September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026. She is the Bertha and Max Dressler Professor in the Humanities as well as Professor of Classics and Art History in Weinberg College. She is also a former chair of both classics and art history.
